Hello everyone, I know it's been quite a long time since I have been on here. There has been so much going on the last couple months. March held the Woman's retreat for our Church. It was held in OC MD. Myself and a couple other girls led the worship music. There was some prep work for that in getting together whenever we could to practice. It was truly an awesome and blessed time.

On the 5th of April, I had Sinus Surgery. It was pretty much the worst recovery from anything I have ever had. It took a lot longer than I thought it would to recover. I still have some tenderness from it.
On the 28th of April we celebrated my parents 50th wedding
anniversary. They went all out and renewed their vows and everything.

They had asked me to sing for this so thankfully I had recovered enough from my surgery to to do it. My sister and her whole family ( 8 of them all together ) were able to fly in from California for it. It was really great to have the whole family together.

This brings us to May. We actually had a yard Sale Friday and Saturday to raise money for the Relay that we are doing in June for the American Cancer Society . Friday was a rough day for me. One, I woke up that morning feeling really miserable. I was able to
go to the DR. after the yard sale and get an antibiotic so that helped a lot . I was feeling much better by Saturday. Two, Someone took my ipod when I
had it outside during the yard sale. It was on the table where we were sitting with the cash box and in one quick minute, it disappeared. Saturday went well though, even though we never got my ipod back. We did end up making $289. 10 for our team RAVEN MAD FOR A CURE... YAYY!!!
On to today... Today is my 42nd birthday. I was greeted with a Happy
Birthday from my husband and boys this morning and given a new Pandora
charm for my bracelet

Then we were off to Church, After a great sermon with some fantastic Worship Music( I just love our Worship Team) my mom and dad took Ken, the boys and myself to Willow Valley to eat. The food was really good and some servers brought me a cake and sang Happy Birthday to me. After we ate we took a walk outside around the pond and enjoyed the scenery.
It was a great day and the night is not over yet, No one has to get up early tomorrow so who knows, Ken and I may just go see a late movie..
on a closing note ,Earlier in the week My Sister in law Debbie and Brother in law Doug were blessed with a second Grandaughter. Their Daughter Starr and her husband Lucas had their first child. I would like to say congratulations to them all.
